Industrial Exhaust Clamps Double Bolt Robust European Heavy Duty Double Band Hose Clamps

Heavy-duty hose clamps with a double-bolt fastening structure generate double tightening force by synchronously tightening bolts at both ends. They are suitable for high-pressure, strong-vibration, or large-diameter pipeline connections, with significantly better sealing and stability than ordinary hose clamps.

- Double-Bolt Assembly: Each end of the steel strap is equipped with a bolt hole, paired with high-strength bolts (e.g., M6-M8) and蝶形垫片 (butterfly washers). Uniform pressure is achieved through symmetrical tightening.

    - Municipal Engineering: Water transmission pipelines of waterworks, high-pressure gas pipelines, and sealing and fixing of thermal heating pipelines.

    Installation Precautions

    1. Symmetrical Tightening: Use a torque wrench to tighten bolts in a diagonal sequence in 2-3 stages to ensure uniform force on both sides. Recommended torque values: 12-15N·m for M6 bolts, 20-25N·m for M8 bolts.

    2. Washer Use: In high-pressure scenarios, use rubber or metal washers to enhance sealing and prevent the steel strap from scratching the pipeline.

    3. Environmental Adaptation: Stainless steel materials must be selected for corrosive environments; high-temperature spring washers are required for high-temperature scenarios (e.g., exhaust pipes).

    4. Regular Inspection: Check bolt tightness every quarter or every 500 operating hours to avoid loosening due to vibration.
     
    Summary: With their double-bolt structure and thickened materials, double-head heavy-duty hose clamps are the first choice for high-pressure and large-diameter scenarios, especially in industrial applications with strict requirements for sealing and anti-vibration. However, attention must be paid to installation torque and environmental adaptation to achieve optimal performance.
